Using this website

This website gives general information about Larkspur Flower Co. and lets you send flower orders and wedding consult requests. Prices and availability shown are starting points.

Orders and substitutions

An order is confirmed once a florist texts you the final price and you pay
Flowers are seasonal, and we may swap a stem for one of equal value and similar color
We call you before any swap that changes the look or the price
Custom work for weddings and events is confirmed in a written quote

Same-day cutoffs

Same-day delivery needs an order by 1 PM, or by noon for Linden Hills, Lake Harriet, Northeast and Downtown. Orders after the cutoff go out the next delivery day.

Delivery

Delivery is offered within our listed zones for the fee shown at checkout. Time windows are estimates. If nobody is home and there is no safe spot, we bring the flowers back and arrange a second run.

Payment, deposits and refunds

Everyday orders are paid through the payment link before delivery. Weddings need a 30 percent deposit to hold the date. If flowers arrive damaged, text us a photo the same day and we replace them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
