Larkspur Flower Co. is a fictional flower shop. This page shows the kind of plain-language privacy notice a small shop might publish. Have your own notice reviewed before you launch.
What we collect on this website
Flower orders: your name, phone number, delivery date, the recipient’s name and address, and your card message
Wedding consult requests: your names, wedding date, venue, guest count, budget and the look you want
Emails and phone calls you send us
Basic, anonymous website statistics such as pages visited
How we use it
Only to make and deliver your flowers, contact you about your order and run the shop. We never sell your information and we never use it for outside advertising.
The recipient’s details
We use the recipient’s name, address and phone number only to deliver that order. We do not add them to any mailing list, and card messages are read only by the florist who writes the card.
Text messages
We text you a photo of your order, a payment link and a message when it is delivered. Subscription customers also get a reminder the day before each delivery. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Keeping it safe
Payments go through a secure payment link, so card numbers never reach our website forms or email. Please do not send card details by email or text.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
